Gauge wave tests

Test results for gauge wave simulations with amplitudes $A=.01$ and $A=.1$ using an earlier version of the evolution code can be found at the Apples with Apples web site [http://www.appleswithapples.org/].

The present code shows similar performance for the gauge wave test.
