Shifted gauge wave tests

In the shifted gauge wave case, the $\hat W$ algorithm shows dramatic improvement over the $W$ algorithm. For the 1D wave with A=.5, the ${\hat W}$ algorithm runs more than twice as long as the $W$-algorithm with equal errors.
